Part of the product team at Novopay, a Khosla Labs incubated company. Novopay is a mobile based solution to enable banking and payments for consumers and enterprise customers at retail points. Experience working with products like UPI, mPOS technology, digital wallets, digital bank accounts, AEPS.Managing development and post-sales performance of the cash management product – have overseen the growth of gross transaction volume from zero to US$9 million monthly. Responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle – this includes defining product vision, preparing product requirements, user interface and working closely with the technology and sales teams to ensure successful implementation.Leading the product development for Novopay’s ‘last mile delivery’ initiative – enabling ecommerce deliveries for logistics partners leveraging technology and Novopay’s vast retail network.

Part of Visa’s rotational program for fresh graduates in Singapore. The program entails short stints for the graduates in different areas of the business: July - December 2012 : Consumer Product Developmento Created an internal online resource that contains an overview of Visa’s products and information on the various product tiers, their benefits, and where each of them sits within the clients’ business. Worked with the sales support team and business development colleagues for implementation. Visited the Visa Philippines office for a soft launch and conducted the launch presentation.o Conducted research and built market landscape information packs for Visa’s domestic ATM initiative in 4 potential markets in the Asia-Pacific regionJanuary - June 2013 : Credit Settlement Risko Conducted reviews and assigned credit ratings to over 20 clients across the Asia Pacific market. This entailed determining risk exposure of clients based on their loan portfolios, treasury strategies and liquidity management. Had extensive client interaction during each rating process.o Visited Vietnam and met with 4 prospective clients to conduct due diligence on their credit worthiness. o Monitored the credit exposure of clients in 6 markets to ensure collateral shortfalls are highlighted. o As an additional project, worked on creating an alternate credit risk mitigation strategy for Visa; developed business case for initial round of discussions with senior team members.July 2013 - February 2014 : Corporate Strategy, Acceptanceo Russia Acceptance strategy – Prepared a market landscape, developed business cases for various acceptance initiatives in the Russia market and identified acceptance segment priorities. Worked with various stakeholders – Acceptance, Marketing, Finance and Country Management.
