As a Project Manager do the following:- Leading the project team for smooth and effective progress.- Analyzing project requirements and documenting stakeholder needs.- Creating and managing User Story Maps to prioritize requirements.- Planning project scope, objectives, and schedules.- Managing resources (human, financial, technical) for optimal use.- Identifying project risks and implementing mitigation strategies.- Communicating regularly with stakeholders to align expectations.- Overseeing quality control to ensure deliverables meet standards.- Preparing and presenting progress reports to management.- Facilitating team meetings and problem-solving sessions.- Managing change requests by adjusting project scope as needed.
