Been a part of Transition team to understand and streamline the process in an efficient way. * Brief Knowledge in UK General Insurance Policies New Business, Renewals and Settlement. * Have a vast knowledge in Manual Renewals, Auto-Renewals and Open Market. * Reviewing and gathering documents for New Business and Renewal process. * Requesting insurers or brokers for new policy quotation/renewal quotation and advising customer for the right policy with required coverage and minimal premium. * Checking and sending reminder letters at different stages of life of the policy. * Addressing claim issue with required documentation. * Lapse/Terminate the policy with the details provided in the checklist and system. * Preparing quote for client by analyzing the risk factor. * Approach different Underwriters to provide the best deal. * Premium transaction processing. * Dealing with accounts team to settle the premium. * Mid-term adjustment processing. * Review the claim history and providing the claims history to client for renewing the policy. * Request questionnaire for Renewals. * Updating client risk into system for renewals. * Updating CDD information. * Preparing quotes for client by analyzing the risk factor. * Approach different underwriters to provide the best deal. * Premium transaction processing. * Dealing with accounts team to settle the premium. * Preparing MI reports and Client reports. * Training management and Quality check, Process documentation. * Systematic recording of process related documents for audit and regulatory compliance purpose.
