ORBIX INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, KLANG SELANGOR- Mainly involved in design and management process for the interior works.- Supervised the site condition and made decisions if needed.- Directly liased with other consultants such as contractors, architect, M&E, etc to ensure the efficiency of the work flow.- Involved in 3D design and 2D layout and detail drawings by using the Autodesk software such as 3DS Max and Autocad.- Able to attend site meetings and inspection throughout the project.2. MERCEDES BENZ MENARA HAP SENG 3, KL- Involved mainly in the design phase including attended the brief meeting for the proposal presentation.- Appointed by the employer to be in charge for the 3D visuals by using 3DS Max and the detail drawings by using Autocad.- Attended CCM meeting consisting few other consultants that are the project manager, architect, site contractor, M&E consultant, landscape architect, etc.- Outsourced and prepared the documentation required for the project.- Mainly liased with the site contractor (GDB) and the architect (SAA) throughout the design and construction stage.- Reported to the employer for any decisions made.- Replied to the RFI send by the consultants.2. MENARA HAP SENG 3, KL- Involved in the design process for the Ground Floor Lobby, Level 4-25 Lobby and the Toilet area.- Prepared all the 3D visuals and detail drawings required.- Most of the work scope is similarly related to the Mercedes Benz MHS3.3. MERCEDES BENZ BUKIT TINGGI, KLANG, SELANGOR.- Prepared the 3D visuals and the detail drawings by following the CI.- Studied intently into the CI company before proceeded to design stage.- Most of the work scope is also similar to the above.4. SETIA MAYURI SEMI - D, SEMENYIH, SELANGOR- Prepared the moodboard and presentation slide.- Appointed to be the head design for the whole project.- Provided the 3D visuals and the detail drawings using the same medium- Attended the CCM with the contractor and the clients.- Supervised the site to check the condition from time to time.- Prepared the BQ.- Outsourced the supplier and produced the material board to be submitted to the client.- This project won the DOTY and ATAP award which are both held on 2019.5. OCR YOLO, SUBANG, SELANGOR- Involved in the design phase together with the Assistant Director.- Prepared the moodboard 3D visual and the detail drawings.- Produced the BQ .- Monitored the site condition during the construction progress and the handover.
