•IH35E Phase II from I-635 to Denton County Line, Dallas, TX (Design Build)-Under the supervision of OV manager, Managed the Owner Verification Testing and Inspection Services ( $640 million IH35E Phase II design-build project), which features (a) widening and full reconstruction of 6.39 miles of IH35E from the existing 6 general purpose lanes to 8 general purpose lanes; (b) full reconstruction of the existing 2 tolled lanes; and (b) reconstructing frontage roads and intersections. Major construction quantities include 26 bridges (950K SF decks), 53K CY structural concrete, 46 MSE walls (345K SF), 900K CY earthwork, 688K SY (115K CY) cement treated base, 144K tons HMA, and 894K SY CRCP.
