I graduated in 2015 from Washington State University (Go Cougs!), where I majored in Management and Operations. I recently completed my Master's in Engineering and Technology Management from WSU (repeat, Go Cougs!) in early May 2022. In 2018, I obtained my Project Management Professional certification, and have found that I enjoy quarterbacking projects of various sizes. I especially like bringing different personalities in teams and departments together to complete them. I come from a customer-service background, working in restaurants as a waiter and bartender in my teens and early twenties, before I became a customer service specialist at Amazon.com. This honed my "soft skills"​ and often required me to think on my feet in high-pressure environments. I take great pride in helping people solve problems and coaching them to use new products.
