IDCC engages in the discovery, development and deployment of revolutionary new means to resolve critical problems facing humanity through applications of physics, physical chemistry and information science. Recent campaigns have focused on new counter-terrorism and anti-crime solutions; on the resolution of the immune, degenerative and infectious diseases; and on resolution of the major psychological disorders and the behavioral and emotional dysfunction of childhood without resorting to the conventional practice of reliance on drugs. Took MDI to underwritten IPO which was effectively cancelled by the Black Monday market crash of 1987, in which the DOW lost some 22.6% of its value in a single day (10/19/87) and did not recover until early 1989.Developed new approach, analytic methodologies, and technologies for microbial enhanced oil recovery (MEOR) and in-situ bioremediation. Improved process control resolution and dynamics for chemostat bioreactors scale-up and resilience.Designed process control system for plasma-arc hazardous and radiological waste destruction and encapsulation (vitrification).

CCF focused on generating and delivering material support for the Afghan mujaheddīn resisting the Soviet 'incursion' of 1979. Partnered with and provided resources to Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors without Borders) and other organizations active in the area. Developed and executed educational intelligence briefings for members of Congress, their staffs, members of several Government agencies, and the general public.

Managed and performed contracts in petroleum reservoir modeling and engineering, resource recovery and processing, including microbial enhanced oil recovery (MEOR); laser-based technologies, optics and electro-optics; reverse engineering of Soviet weapons systems; nuclear weapons effects simulation and physical device testing; and technology analysis and R&D development needs for chemical and biological warfare defense. Initiated business development and marketing campaigns, wrote proposals, developed and delivered C-level presentations, and managed performance on the resulting contracts. Supported ongoing research efforts in the detection and isolation of tumor associated antigens useful for cancer immunotherapy and diagnostics. Introduced new immunochemical techniques and secured advanced separations devices and instrumentation. Introduced new image processing technique for application in separations of biological materials. The Laboratory for Virus & Cancer Research, a component of the Department of Medicine, focused on lung, breast, blood, brain, colon, and skin cancers.Manager of the Lung Cancer Laboratory.. Doubled and sustained laboratory funding; won university-wide new instrumentation grant and produced the first application of microcapillary isotachophoresis to tumor-associated antigens.Produced biological vaccines for use in successful (ca. 76% five year survival) late-stage lung cancer immunotherapy clinical trials. Developed all aspects of a radioimmunoassay (RIA) with applications to melanoma diagnosis and general homeorhetic health status.Effected the first isolation of bacterial metachromatic granules, which enabled their chemical characterization and insight into their formation and function.
