Dukhan Bank Head Quarter Project

Dukhan Bank headquarters in the Marina District of Lusail City, Plot Com 02, which is a mixed-use development with offices and commercial functions. The Marina Com 02 has a plot area of 9,358 sqm and comprises 5 Basements, a Ground Floor, 2 Podiums, 20 Typical Floors, and a Mechanical Floor. The revised contract value of the project is QAR +500M.My responsibilities as a Structural Engineer include ensuring that all structures are built according to applicable codes and to the highest standards. Some of the main activities and responsibilities I undertake are:-. Reviewing all work produced to ensure compliance with codes, standards, and procedures, in order to produce high-quality results.-Monitoring progress on-site and managing the quality of works to ensure everything is on track and up to standard.-. Providing technical direction and making decisions on the best approach to take to achieve the desired outcomes.-Reviewing and analyzing contract documents to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards- Negotiating contract terms and conditions with clients, vendors, and subcontractors- Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and timelines- Coordinating resources and communication between project teams to ensure work is being completed on time and within budget- Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues that may impact project success- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to project activities and contracts- Providing technical support and guidance to project teams and stakeholders- Ensuring that contracts are negotiated and executed in accordance with company policies and procedures- Ensuring that all work is being completed in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Newton International School ProjectLocated in Wadi Al Banat, Qatar, the Newton School project boasts a 63,631 m2 plot area and a 29,140 m2 total built-up area. The school is designed to accommodate up to 2,080 students and features a range of facilities, including multipurpose halls, classrooms, staff rooms, offices, canteens, and student lobbies. As the Lead Firm Design and Construction Supervision Consultant, EHAF Consulting Engineers oversaw the project from start to finish.As Senior Structural Engineer on the Newton School project, my responsibilities included:Assisting with site selection and closely collaborating with contractors to ensure that work was carried out to specific standards, while also prioritizing sustainability, functionality, and aesthetics.Negotiating with contractors and other professionals to ensure that the project was completed on time and within budget.Coordinating construction efforts between all disciplines involved in the project.Supervising contractors to ensure that all work was completed to the highest standards and in accordance with drawings, specifications, and local regulations.Inspecting materials delivered to the site to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.Inspecting works on site to ensure they met specifications and acceptable standards.Updating contractor progress and preparing monthly reports.Verifying the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at sites. Lrt Project -Qatar Lusail

Project: LRT & Tramway LinesThe LRT boasts three main operating lines, with 28 stations - 22 stations at-grade and 6 underground. Additionally, there are four tramway lines with catenary-free technology, covering 17.8 km of at-grade revenue double track, 9.9 km of at-grade single track, and 6.6 km of underground double track. The project includes 22 at-grade stations in different configurations, 7 underground stations, one viaduct, and one depot.As part of the project, SENER joined forces with EHAF to carry out Independent Checking Engineer Services (ICE) and site supervision under QDVC's request. SENER-EHAF also conducted the ICE for the Lusail Phase 2B Interstation Tunnels and Phase 2C1A Underground, At Grade, and Depot Stations. In terms of site supervision, the team validated QDVC's procurement, construction, installation plans, procedures, and methods.Contract Value: 2000 Million QRResponsibilities:Attend all quality department inspections.Provide constructive feedback and corrective advice during inspections.Read project-related documents, including WMS, Project Specification, QCS, MAF, Design Drawings, Shop drawing, NCR, FCR, and FMMR.Sign and comment on relevant issues witnessed on site in the Inspection Test Report (ITR).Request NCR/FCR from the QC department through Site Communication Report (SCR).Compare shop drawing and DTD drawings and report any discrepancies through SCR.Conduct inspections in line with the supervision execution plan/QCS Standard.Create a detailed daily inspection report on-site.Maintain excellent professional communication within the project team.
