In my role at IBM Cloud, I lead a visionary design team in the creation and launch of innovative cloud offerings, including Satellite, IKS/ROKS, Code Engine, Observability Portfolio, and Functions. These initiatives have not only propelled the revenue growth of our products but have also placed us at the forefront of the cloud market.Our design excellence has been recognized on the global stage, earning us three distinguished awards: the Red Dot Award for our work on Satellite, the Good Design Award, and the BIG Product of the Year for Red Hat OpenShift on IBM Cloud.I'm proud to have spearheaded the growth and integration of our design team, expanding our talent pool by welcoming new professionals, including a key leadership role, in a record time of under nine months.One of my key contributions was driving a strategic initiative to craft a forward-looking three-year vision for IBM Cloud, galvanizing the team and setting a unified direction for our future endeavors.My commitment to innovation and excellence was acknowledged when I was honored with the IBM Recognition Experience award "The Best of IBM" in 2021. This followed several other accolades, including the 2018 Managers Choice Award and Outstanding Technical Achievement Award for Red Hat OpenShift on IBM Cloud, along with the 2020 Trailblazer and People's Choice Awards.I also had the privilege of authoring IBM’s Patent, titled "Navigation for Screen Readers Using Data Analytics,” which underscores our commitment to creating inclusive and accessible technology.

Managed an international team of product designers focused on innovative technologies for cloud computing applications, encompassing Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless technologies.

Directed a team to conceive and execute the IBM Kubernetes Service, driving it from concept to a cornerstone of IBM’s Public Cloud strategy, now in full operation.

Engineered a prototype for a security clearance management console for the Defense Security Service, which secured a $212M contract. The product is now in phase six of implementation, utilized across more than 41 government agencies.

Managed a preventative program, significantly reducing incidents with equipment and personnel by establishing new procedural standards that improved visibility and approval rates by 30%.

Maintained and operated a private data center and essential mission-critical software under challenging conditions, achieving 99.9% mission success with minimal downtime.
