In his first three years at ART, Bob played an important role in the expansion of ART across North America, into all major metropolitan markets and also into smaller, under­-served markets, where often it is hard to find a good executive search firm that understands their needs and that has access to a larger regional or national candidate base. By 1996, Bob launched ART’s international practice, starting in the Asia-­Pacific region, next into the EMEA region, then finally into Latin America.During this time, Bob also greatly expanded the industry sectors that were being served by ART. Expanding beyond its initial core recruitment base in the industrial and biomedical sectors, by the mid-1990's, ART was advancing its work into the software, IT, internet, telecom, B2B and consumer services sectors.
