Various roles since I started helping ABS with their Transformation Program. Project Managing, Integration management (system integration), business engagement, release management and generally troubleshoot as required. Enjoying helping address challenges in delivering such a large program with some many tentacles!

I've moved to the ABS to assist with the Strategic Business Transformation Program. This is a short term position whilst the permanent project director is offline. I'm specifically responsible for the Data Acquisition Project. I'm managing the project from Canberra with staff located in Adelaide, Sydney and Canberra. We are implementing the projects using Agile methods.Tight timeframes of course, enjoying it immensely.

I am involved in whole of goverment procurement arrangements and services. Since December 2010, I have been a project director for:- implementing and supporting procurement arrangements for data centres, cloud computing and telecommunications; and- managing transitional projects, upgrade projects and new services projects for whole of government services.

Managed the implementations of the Australian Government Data Centre Strategy 2010-2015. Specifically the Data Centre as a Service (DCaaS) Project which is the first coordinated approach to procuring cloud and cloud like services for the Australian Government.

Managed the establishment of the Whole of Government Data Centre Migration Services Panel. Represented the department for industry presentations.

My team managed the delivery of ICT infrastructure business cases and projects for Health. Managing the portfolio of projects to budget. Liaising with AGIMO/Finance in regards to ICT Efficiency Review and delivery of program to achieve savings.

Managed the portfolio of ICT projects within the corporate services group within Health. This involved working with internal clients, external and internal suppliers on ICT infrastructure and software development projects.

Managed various software development and infrastructure projects. Examples include Aged Care systems to manage complaints and sanctions. Also finalised implementation of the secure remote access solution.

Developed and supported in-house developed software. This included, but not limited to, aged care systems.

Developed software for internal use by PwC staff. Projects included a proposal support system to automate (as much as possible) proposals/bids for projects.

Developed and maintained software developed for clients. Contact managements systems, workflow tracking and meeting management.

Developed applications for clients such as IP Australia. Worked on network rollouts of desktops, server upgrades, etc.
