Working towards a project option Master's degree. The project goal was to improve device performance of a transistor based on 2D TMDs. Nanoscale devices were fully fabricated using electron beam lithography, electron beam metal evaporation, and an in-situ ion beam. Nominal device performance and an unexpected polarity shift was achieved.

Worked as a graduate level intern on a perl scripting project. My project was to design a revision tracking system for collaterals to keep track revision histories with 100+ revisions. Worked with the test chip and hardware teams.

Designed a functional equivalency model to track changes between boards that the hardware team and the testing team were using. This project was critical to making sure that the testing team and the hardware team were on the same page.

Wrote automated customer testing software using python. The testing protocol would connect remotely with a testing rig via Bluetooth. A several hour long test was then performed while the protocol simultaneously recorded output data from the testing rig via threading. The protocol could then be modified per client.
