• Provide consolidated financial analysis to a rapidly growing company (through numerous business acquisitions) in the garden and outdoor wholesale space• Lead the Business Analytics team to provide in-depth data analytics with business intelligences through Microsoft Power BI, Cognos reporting, excel models, etc.• Support the Senior Executive team through these business and financial analysis, and data modelling• Be the key conduit between Product, Sales, Supply Chain, Operations and Finance in ensuring goals and objectives are aligned within the business• Responsible for the annual budget process for Sales and Margins, as well as monthly rolling forecasts

• Provide a cross-functional linkage between all aspects of the supply chain, to facilitate the optimal mix of EBITDA and funds employed for the business• Provide financial, commercial and project support to GMs and Finance Director• Involvement in the IBP process by quantifying the financial impact of strategic planning decisions – from sales demand forecasting, to labour and material resource optimisation, and to inventory control• Provide analysis and support in customer contracts and pricing negotiations• Conduct profitability analysis and scenario modelling on customer and product portfolios• Oversee a team of plant accountants the preparation of monthend consolidated accounts, KPIs and management reporting packs • Analysis of monthly profit and loss, with reviews on all aspects of revenue, operational costs and overheads against budget and forecasts• Review of balance sheet, reconciliations and cash flows • Provide reporting and controls of capital expenditure and cost reduction initiatives• Manage and drive annual budget process and periodic forecasts

• Provide financial and commercial support to three state sales and marketing teams through sales, rebates and margin reporting• Analysis of sales demand plan, overhead expenditures, ASP and COGS, and warehouse and freight costs• Preparation and analysis of management accounts, and review on operational variances• Manage and drive the budgeting and forecasting process• Preparation and evaluation of operational improvement programs and capital expenditure

• Manage a team of divisional accountants in the delivery of consolidated financial and management accounts• Weekly / Monthly / Annual sales and operations forecasting and budgeting• Provide factory performance review, and sales and margin analysis• Capital expenditure evaluation, analysis and review• Preparation for statutory reporting and FBT returns

• Preparation of financial and management reports and the presentation of findings to Company Directors and other senior executive managers• Manage the forecasting and budgeting of functional groups, with direct interface with functional managers on results and variance analysis• Analysis of operational expenditure, cost allocations to joint venture, reconciliations, and other periodic reporting to US head office

• Ownership of product costing – material, labour and overhead, and bill of materials• Perform manufacturing variance analysis, and headcount and productivity analysis• Manage the budget of fixed and variable manufacturing expenditures
