Here I Defined overall strategy for Testing Scalability, Functionality, Resiliency of entire platform for entire organisation. I was Reporting to Head of Engineering of Organisation. I defined overall Quality Assurances practices for each pod, set working model for each pod for Quality Assurance. I mentored other junior QA members on execution of strategy, Tacked the deviations, Reviewed various testing deliverables for each pods. Defined Testing Life cycle strategy on organisation level. I Used and helped others on tools like Playwright, RestAssured, Maven, Gradle, Kotlin, corr, k6.

At Kodo I was heading Quality Assurance for whole platform. I was Directly Reporting to CTO of organisation and I defined overall testing strategy, Testability, Automation Strategy for whole platformI mentored fellow members on contribution for same. Here I strategised on building testability for platform, strategised on how to deal with with third party integrations while testing, what tools to choose for automation, defined practices for writing BDD specs. I used tools like Serenity, corr, WebTau and languages like Kotlin.

At Technogise, my primary role was heading Quality Initiatives for each account.Here I defined overall strategy for Quality Assurance on organisation level of client, I was heading large teams on clients account for mentorship, defining strategy on each of their individual teams, defining overall deliverables for Quality, Co ordinating with other stakeholders like product owners and others for bringing Quality into Software development lifecycle. At the same time I was also mentoring and helping other QAs who were responsible for other client accounts. Here I used tools like cypress, playwright and languages like Java, Kotlin, Javascipt, Typescript.

At ThoughtWorks I was responsible for heading Quality Strategy on each clients organisation level, I was involved in Discoveries, Inceptions and Technical Assessments. Here I defined over all Testing Deliverables, Strategy, Plan of Execution, Technical Choices, Interviewing and actual Implementations, I used tools like Gauge, Selenium, WebDriverIO and Languages like Java, Scala, Ruby, Python. I did incorporated and influenced fellow members follow various Testing and XP Practices like Pairing, Kick Offs, Desk Checks, Show cases, Retrospectives. I also helped product teams to bring quality aspect in designing specifications.

At Systems Plus, I was leading QA efforts for entire client account, I lead QA Team of 7-8 QAs to help them with Test Strategy, Automation Strategy up-skilled fellow team members on Automation. I was responsible for Defining Test Strategy at clients organisation level for team as big as 20 Member Overall Engineering Team and 7-8 Member QA Team, I was involved in defining Agile Team structure, ceremonies, QA Practices for each Team during inception. Here i used tools like VSTS, Telerik Test Studio, Release Manager.

Here I was leading specific projects for performance and scalability testing, I managed Performance Testing Life cycles of various projects since their inception till taking it to finish, I worked on tools like Neoload, HP Performance Center, VuGen for Engineering Performance of various products.

I was Leading Team of 5 Quality Engineers who were responsible for writing Business Availability Testing Scripts for monitoring Incident Management platform. I wrote Business Availability and Performance Test scripts using LoadRunner VUGen and helped team under me for doing same. I also Automated Script maintenance aspect by writing code patcher scripts and helped team to be productive on same.

I was Primary Engineer for writing Automation scripts for Automated Testing of various features. Here I wrote flexible rule-based framework for Automation of Block Settlement Scenarios using Silk Test for on client. I Also automated Account Opening Scenarios Using Rational Functional Tester. Did Regression, Functional testing for other client, I helped mentored and upskill fellow junior QAs
