I am a young and enthusiastic individual with a passion for all things technical. I started working as an animator for the production company FilmGrade, here I was responsible for the 3D animation elements for client videos, I also became a Maxon Certified 3D Animator from bespoke courses on animation software. From there I moved into retail with an Apple Premium Reseller, AT Computers Ltd, here I gained experience from the retail sector, trained by Apple to the highest level, became a store keyholder and often stepped up to management duties such as banking, cashing up, and supervising staff. After leaving retail, I formed my own business 'BrinkBot Ltd' that specialises in the repair of Apple hardware, I studied and passed the exams to become an Apple Certified Macintosh Technician and covered the West Midlands area. I have worked as a consultant for HSBC Bank Plc engaging with customers, discovering needs, and providing excellent customer service, I was made Digital Ambassador for the entire Shropshire-Worcester area to promote the use and support of digital banking. Now I work for Shropshire Council as an IT Manager/Network Manager in schools to maintain school infrastructure and manage the IT and communications networks. Moreover I freelance as a technician to other businesses and establishments to provide on site support where needed.
