Since January 2019, Aimee-Thụy My Phan works exclusively for the Business Liaison Desk of the German Federal State of Rhineland-Palatinate in Vietnam and thus for small and medium-sized companies from Rhineland-Palatinate as well as Vietnamese companies interested in the German state. She provides contacts, supports the exchange of information or the participation in trade fairs of these companies. Moreover, she helps with projects and permits with authorities and other institutions and supports joint projects.A special focus of the Business Liaison Desk in Vietnam is the wine industry, as there is a growing tradition of combining good food with good wine in Vietnam. Winemakers from Rhineland-Palatinate receive support on their way to this new market, to encourage the introduction of new wines from Rhineland-Palatinate to Vietnam.
