 Direct supervision of project assistants and several volunteers for project implementation Lead and manage the implementation of projects to be successfully accomplished within the donor contracted period and on budget  Monitoring and follow-up to the implemented activities to evaluate the work frame or indicator.  Participate in coordination meeting with partner organizations and stakeholders. Participate in development of informational, educational, communication materials for the WASH programme in consultation with key stakeholders. Play a key role in the delivery of different training modules ensuring that training methodologies integrate participatory and appreciative approaches to empower targeted communities, parents, volunteers, village development committees (VDCs) and partners. Facilitate local level awareness raising campaigns on specific issues in targeted area. Assist the project coordinator in collecting necessary data and information for reporting and programme related donor requirements. Support project coordinator to work closely for update implementation schedule at the field level with Deputy Programme Implementation Manager, Engineer, Contractors and Community members Any additional tasks by line supervisor and Director

 Assist the Education Officer, Training officer and work with Assistant Training Officer to organize for government teachers, community teachers from TLS teachers, NFPE/ NFE facilitators and also CFS animators. Facilitate communities to select incentive paid volunteers for teachers for TLS, CFS and NFPE/NFE. Keep track of materials needs of formal schools, TLS/ NFPE/ NFE and arrange for timely delivery of materials. Assist the Education Officer to collect project related data and develop work plans. Keep track of incentive payments of the volunteers and arrange for timely incentive payments. Assist Education Officer to undertake the planning process and budget at the field level for the education program. Assist to continuously monitor the program so as to identify the areas where program performance can be improved. Assist the Education Officer to produce monthly, quarterly, annual and any other reports are of good quality, accurate, representative and timely. Assist the Education Officer in ensuring that the project policies are compatible with the expectations of the donor partners (applies EiE and Myanmar Education Standards) Supervise and appraise the work of the education volunteers. Follows participatory leadership and Management principles to facilitate the work of community teachers in IDP Camps, host and nearby communities. Maintain the requisite consultive relationships with the relevant gov authorities and other humanitarian agencies at Township/ Village levels. Provide suggestions for project revision and for fund raising for the education project Assist the Education Officer to develop reports and other information in a timely manner to submit the authorities. All education related project to implement the activities in the IDP camps and host communities.

Job Duties Communicate with delegated project areas in terms of project orientation, implementation and follow up Facilitate project activities as required in accordance with work plans and collaborate with Project Officer for meeting arrangements with key stakeholders Assist Project Officer to schedule for training, workshop and meetings, validation, FGD sharing and KII and arrange these activities as necessary Dealing with the local Government Departments for the smoothy project operation Facilitate and conduct the trainings together with resource person and Project Officer Advocate and close good relations with the local authorities and various stakeholders Monitoring and Evaluation on regular project activities, identify the needs of beneficiaries with participatory assessment Monitor progress of project implementations and submit work plans, monthly activity plans Preparing in financial utilization (E.g., cash request advance form and cash requisition) Writing activity completion report, field trip, monthly report, beneficiaries’ data profile report to the Project Officer in accordance with the organization and donor Promoting women, girls and Youths empowerment in local by conducting Youth Capacity Building Program Assist Project Officer to produce quarterly report and others with good quality timely and preparation for facilitator’s notes and training curriculum of activities Perform any other tasks as required by Project Officer and manager

 Mobilize and facilitate community groups (Community Engagement) Coordination and Communication Village Disaster Management Committee (VDMC) members in order to access information of target areas & Key authorized persons to invite communities in advance to build trust building with community groups Organize and conduct facilitation events in series of scheduled meetings, trainings, and workshops Forming and guiding the responsibilities of Village Disaster Management Committees (VDMC) and leading collaborative discussions based on the identified methods in the village disaster risk assessment (CRA) processes Planning, Monitoring and evaluating DRR project activities with regular field visit to the delegated areas, keep accurate the project documentations and community inputs are recorded in database In coordination with the stakeholders, manage the recruitment process of participants for the events, workshops and trainings Collect all substantial information from participants and concerned stakeholders that can support the report writing Sharing and discussion of feedback responds and risk management to the person in charge with project team after field Field planning and recruit native field volunteers Supervise the field volunteers and monitor the project’s activities Prepare training curriculum and module for DRR trainings and mock drills in the target villages  Writing on regular reporting on the progress of activity completion report, official meeting minutes, monthly report, CRA report and research in success story from the project Participate with project officer and manager closely in writing Quarterly and Bi-Annual reports Identifying and consultation with project officials for any changes and/ or issues

- Teaching English and Computer literacy to the monastic students- Planning the lesson and class room- Guiding the students for their exams- Assisting the teachers, etc.
