Prior to joining Plumb, Justin was the CFO and cofounder for an engineering and manufacturing firm. He oversaw operations of the accounting and human resources department, including managing and recruiting the finance staff and designing an organizational structure adequate for achieving the company’s goals. In addition, he analyzed financial data and presented financial reports to the Board of Directors, while overseeing all reporting systems to ensure compliance with GAAP requirements.
