I organized and established AdRoll’s process and infrastructure for the Recruiting Coordinator function. My responsibilities were initially focusing exclusively on coordination for business teams, but were expanded to include technical teams. Within a few months of starting at AdRoll, I was also carrying a partial requisition load in addition to my coordination responsibilities.Major Accomplishments- Hired seven candidates (full cycle) while also performing full time recruiting coordination responsibilities.- Project managed a training plan for new Recruiting Coordinators that included onboarding on processes, systems, and organization skills.- Maintained less than a 24-hour turn around time on scheduling requests and standardized AdRoll's onsite interview process for technical recruiting allowing us to better evaluate candidates. - Was a team expert on our recruiting software (Greenhouse). Responsible for cleaning data, standardizing interview processes, and building the structure for how our team utilizes the platform.

After graduating, I challenged myself by self-funding an international trip which included living and teaching English in Thailand, serving (in Spanish) at a winery/restaurant in Chile, and living with an Argentine family. This was a special experience that allowed me to give back to another country while constantly adapting to unique situations, interacting with new people from different cultures, and consistently pushing myself outside of my comfort zone.Major Accomplishments- Taught practical English skills to classes of 50 high school students.
