Responsibilities range from creating schedules, maintaining budgets, structuring departmental pipeline execution, organizing effective asset listing and storage, as well as overseeing and executing daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines, cleanly shipping assets, and facilitating communication between studio and client for deliveries throughout the production.

Worked on Youtube Red's (and now SyFy's) animated comedy, "Dallas and Robo"Responsible for overseeing all production departments without departmental leads or directors. This includes (but is not limited to) pre-production of character design, prop design, vehicle design, background design, 3D design, modeling, texturing, and rigging, as well as Toonboom character building and rigging. Additionally responsible for providing feedback to the story team, following through with production of final assets, such as: characters (designed and rigged), backgrounds, 3D models/animation, as well as the organization/shipment of these assets to out of house animation studios. Occasionally communicate with the writers/creators for feedback on all aspects of production, from design to animation to final composite.

Provided Art direction and Animation direction on various pilots and film projects. Responsible for creating character designs, layout designs, color keys, and character turnarounds. Also lead teams with no leads or directors to provide daily feedback, QC final products, and outline process. Worked with production to outline overall schedule, as well as daily/weekly goals, while helping keep production team on target.

Worked as 1 of 2 Supervising Directors (titled Art Director within the studio) on the Emmy Award winning animated comedy series, Archer. Oversaw production of 125 employees across all departments, including Storyboard department, Character and Background Designs, Illustration department, 3D and Background department, Animation department (Toon Boom) and Compositing (After Effects). Additional responsibility included organizing and maintaining schedule between departmental leads/directors, we well as breaking down and organizing asset lists for the storyboard teams, background teams, and 3D teams. Also oversaw departmental organization of their own assets for illustration team, character and layout design, animation, and compositing. Worked with Producers to create, organize and maintain schedule over the course of the season (no production coordinators or project managers were used during production).Communicated with the writers/creators for feedback on all aspects of production, from design to animation to final composite.

Worked with departmental leads and directors to develop custom, in-house production tracking/organizting to speed up production, while minimizing wasted time and ineffective communication. Additionally provide regular feedback and direction, while advising on methods to help streamline assets from one department to the next. Worked with Producers to create, organize and maintain schedule over the course of the season (no production coordinators or project managers were used).Communicated with the writers/creators for feedback on all pre-production, including storyboards, as well as character and background design.

Helped Illustration Director Tj Buford lead the Illustration team of 20-30 illustrators on Archer.Responsible for breaking down and organizing storyboards into lengthy asset lists. Previous work knowledge and sharp critical analysis allowed us to create intensely detailed episode projections, speeding up asset creation while cutting away all wasted time and effort. Additionally responsible for providing daily feedback to team leads and fellow illustrators. QC'd all final assets and organized them on the server for other departments to access and use. Reported weekly to episode directors/producers on progress, projected finish dates, while creatively solving any hindrances or delays in production.

Created detailed illustrations that acted as key poses for later animation. Shot and organized photo reference to help aid in our production turnaround speed.Created and maintained online spreadsheets and documents to organize small teams for effective turnaround speed and scheduling. This became the basis for the entire studio's organization on future projects.
