In this period the organisation became a dynamic, award winning charity, defined by a constant ambition to punch above its weight. My role as leader was to overhaul all governance and financial systems, align services which strategic goals, increase income generation steams, and transform the image of SBHI into a highly marketable, awareness raising organisation. Through developing highly motivated teams, we were able to advocate both with and for those affected by one or both of the conditions. I left SBHI after six years to develop my own company, Atom creates. -
