Anders is a solution architect and is primarily working in turning business requirements into realizable solutions. He is also working at the intersection of architecture and technical design and sometimes also shoulders the role of a system developer. He has primarily worked on the development of service oriented and component based multi-tier solutions. He has experience of object modeling in UML, database and process modeling and design of business components.Anders is balancing technical expertise with an understanding of the customer's business oriented activities and has the ability to describe and communicate architecture for different types of stakeholders. In addition, he possesses extensive experience of bid writing with the conceptual and technical specifications. He has also held project management responsibility.Anders is involved and drifting in different networks on architecture and agile development methodologies. He is among others board member of the Swedish IASA (International Association of Software Architects) and Swedish International ambassador of the Agile Business Consortium in the UK.
