I work as an account manager at SAS Sport and look after the Waikato and Bay of Plenty regions. Also, I take care of the biggest account/school, Mount Albert Grammar, in Auckland and have more than 20 accounts, including high schools and sports clubs from Auckland to Taupo. My position involves the following tasks:• Qualifying, pursuing and closing sales opportunities within a territory• Exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas• Using/maintaining internal sales tools for CRM and pipeline management• Providing support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs.• Handling complaints and negotiations• Educating customers about our business solutions• Closing customer contracts and generating new sales• Cold-calling, generating new leads and prospecting accounts• Managing team members and facilitating collaboration in the workplace.
