Network Operations Center Team Lead
Current-Proactively monitor and lead NOC team to operate on Network incidents affecting the NOC Systems and customers' services and ensure maximum availability and performance.-Lead the NOC team to maintain network infrastructure tasks using internal ticketing systems and various standard network management tools such as Cisco Meraki, Grafana, Nagios, Zabbix, Veeam One Monitor, Orion.-Liaise and coordinate with other departments, service providers, external vendors, and suppliers on all network-related issues.-Monitor the health of network infrastructure and act upon alert/issue arises. Schedule for network maintenances.-Supervise, guide and coach engineers regarding complicated network troubleshooting cases-Supervise the daily work of engineers-Review and assign work orders and trouble tickers to staff.-Assist the training of the new personnel regarging network troubleshooting cases, network equipment installations, network architectures and protocols(MPLS, OSPF, BGP, P2P, etc) Cisco and Huawei router configuration, SD-Wan router configuration.- Responsible to manage the team to perform alarm handling, performance monitoring, access control, automation focus, 1st level incident handling & reporting, TT management arrange relevant support for the field team
