About Atray Agrawal

Over the last decade, I built my startup to work with over 250+ artists, 400+ events and 120+ performance venues, reaching over 100,000+ people online and offline. Then, in 2019, I had to close it down. I was burnt out.So, I walked away from high-paced corporate life and got into Teaching. Teaching humbled me. Gave me space to reflect, break patterns and observe how groups of people work. But I always had a bug for entrepreneurship and marketing. So I continued to experiment, research, upskill, and sharpen my skills. In 2024, I had the revelation that even while teaching Physics, I was actually teaching about Entrepreneurship to young minds. Things like Mental Models, Visualisations, Creative Problem Solving, and Showmanship that will stay with them for the rest of their life and give them a strong foundation to Take Charge of their life.I believe that Entrepreneurship and Making gives an individual freedom in their professional life unlike anything they will experience. And an Entrepreneurial Mindset is an Asset in every areas of one's life. Health, Wealth, Relationships. So, I'm now teaching Entrepreneurial Education to Teenagers and Adults alike, that will transform their life for the better. If you want to learn and join me on my journey, give me a follow.

Listed skills include Html, Social Media, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, and 21 others.

Find more at the website - http://kythera.city or read below and in the media links.I started Kythera to make cities more lively again and help and prosper the artists that are there in each city. By conducting more than 180 events in 2.5 years, we have created a community of over 200 artists across the city of Jaipur and allowed over 30 collaborative projects among them. Our events have reached over 5000 people in the city, with 30% repeat appearance for alternative music and experiences. It was an experiment to fix the dependency of Cultural Institutions on heavy funding by governments and Charities. We came close to it, by keeping it bootstrapped for 3 years, completely relying on Arts and culture activities and ancillary services. But we failed at making our core product - the Cultural Hub - work as effectively as we wanted it to be. Highlights of my Work at Kythera:- Artist Management and Portfolio Design- Audience Development for individual Intellectual Properties- Experience/Event Design and Operations- Conceptualizing and Developing Intellectual Properties- Developing Close-Knit Communities around Music, Dance, Sharing, Mental Health- Venue Programming - Events, Performances, Talks, Workshops, Residencies etc.- Marketing and Communication Design- Curation - Artists, Playlists, Occasion specific, Mood specific- Grassroots Offline Activations Show less

It starts small, almost as an oversight, but can bring the creativity, curiosity and self-confidene of the child to the brink of death.- Children LOVE playing. Even teenagers. They love the escape into a fictional world with different rules. Gives a huge opportunity to gamify and weave stories to teach them things.- Teachers don't have to shout all the time. They can create hand gestures to calm the class down. Almost like an Orchestra Conductor. I did this. It is always beautiful to watch.- Exams, Tests and Deadlines are what makes children get into gear. They become alert all of a sudden.- Projects are a great way to teach Leadership and Teamwork. No other activity/scenario builds these qualities better than a thoughtful and time-bound Project under a direct mentor.- Science builds their mind, Art builds their soul. Science makes them smarter, Art makes them kinder.- Soft Skills are highly Under-rated in the current educational system. And they are massively impactful. Show less
