I have 15 years' experience in leading and delivering communications strategies for non-profit and membership organisations. Over the years I have worked in a variety of sectors, including travel, higher education and renewable energy.During this time I have headed up award-winning cross-platform communication campaigns, including the 2015 Associations Excellence Awards and the 2012 Institute of Internal Communications Awards.As the co-founder of Career Gappers, I am currently working to inspire and prepare people to take travel career breaks.
