Assist in the development of the monthly forecasting, focusing on expense and time management and driving towards improved forecast accuracy, conducting the monthly review calls with the leadership on actual vs forecast modelling. Prepare quarterly, half yearly and fiscal year valuation models with inputs from the process owners and leading data analysis efforts to identify the gaps in processes/systems and implement scalable solutions to improve and automate them. Work with asset management team to develop an annual budget as well as a long-term business plan. Prepare regular forecasting/re-forecasting and related technical analytics for CCI improvement. Tracking time and expenses for various process i.e Inbound, outbound, collections, trade and groups. Prepare financial and management reporting for asset management, which includes preparing and analysing return goals(IRR, MOC) along with Coordinate with the Hyperion team to maintain department hierarchy and allocation rules. Support the CFO, VP, and Director with ad hoc analysis as requested.
