Developed Social strategy for the Twitch brand. Responsible for growing Twitch's Social Media presence from a following of 200,000 - confined to a single active channel - to over 5 Million across three active channels. Developed and executed multi-platform marketing strategy (web, social, email, video, etc.) for Twitch as a platform to watch some of the biggest events in the gaming industry (E3, TwitchCon, PAX, Gamescom, and major Esports events) to hidden gems and viral sensations that became huge drivers of traffic to Twitch (Twitch Plays Pokemon, GamesDoneQuick, Charity Marathons, etc.)Worked cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Events Marketing, Twitch Studios, Partnerships, BizDev, PubDev, and more to reguarly ideate and execute marketing campaigns that accomplished the goals of their specific projects without maintaining Twitch's larger brand goals.

Managed relationships with key media buyers and large partners to ensure that Twitch's promotional goals were met. Became familiar with breadth of content creators on platform - from forming relationships with AAA talent to scouting community for up-and-coming quality content. Regularly developed successful strategies for bubbling up promising content creators via Twitch promotional networks - resulting in sustained channel growth and increases in total minutes watched on platform.

Co-founded "The Onion of Gaming", a satire/parody site that would create topical humor on gaming related topics, with the ability to craft content with a distinct voice and high quality standard being of paramount importance.Either personally created or edited/workshopped all League of Legends related content on the site, achieving extraordinary success on Reddit with every single eligible article (comics/pictures notwithstanding) making it to the front page of the 430,000+ subscriber League of Legends subreddit on the date of its submission.

Worked with some of the most passionate and intelligent people in the esports industry to create some of the first wave of Western focused esports coverage + journalism with rich media (graphics, storylines, comics, video interviews, and more).

At live events, handled social media as well as on-the-fly story production while managing a team of writers and content creators.As Head Administrator (From May 2013 to the Present)Primarily responsibility was writing, editing and clarifying the ruleset of the CSL LoL League and resolving disputes between teams during the tournament proceedings. Also responsible for a lot of behind the scenes work during actual live shows to make sure everything ran smoothly and on schedule (making the games, interfacing with casters, players, streamers, teams, etc.), as well as occasionally making overlays, modding stream chat, and basically any other way I could help - its a very all hands on deck atmosphere at the CSL!
