The Immediate Past Chair serves as the Chair of the Nominating Committee and performs as an adviser to the board to ensure continuity of Division plans, activities.

The Fabric Structures Association (FSA) represents companies providing fabric structures and related products to end users. It is dedicated to increasing the use of fabric structures as a viable building material within the architectural community. FSA provides a forum to exchange information, solve common problems and develop mutually beneficial relationships.FSA is a division of the Industrial Fabrics Association International (IFAI), a trade association comprised of member companies representing the global specialty fabrics and advanced textiles marketplace. IFAI invests more than $8 million each year to advance the fabrics industry and support member companies.FSA’s purpose is to promote the use and growth of fabric structures and to represent the interests and concerns of the fabric structures industry in the Americas.
