My overall goal is to open a gym locally for women in recovery that will offer fitness, nutrition, parenting and family, and recovery coaching. Eventually, we may grow and open the doors to their families, as well. This will be Anchor Coaching and will provide coaching to Idaho locals in-person, as well as national virtually. I will provide local and remote job opportunities to coaches and other professionals as we grow. We will strive to be a community for women in addiction recovery, promoting a healthy lifestyle and habits to help maintain sobriety. During my free time, I enjoy singing and songwriting, designing websites, and spending time with my seven children. I also enjoy interior design, art, crafts, and learning.
