In this role I've had strong experience in building and retaining teams whilst also employing character driven problem solving. I advanced to assistant manager very quickly after gaining a shift leader role and completed the course within 6 months, further advancing to a manager in training course. As an assistant manager I gained an in depth look into reports, KPI's, orders, and stockcount. I was also trusted to ensure smooth running of the store when the manager was away from the store. During this time, I also gained Maestro status which enabled me to train new baristas also elevated my skills.
