Year long MA minor project: producing a professional & commercial surface design collection in collaboration with a team of 12 designers. Taught me to coordinate colourways, themes and collections. I learned how to plan the marketing, contacting the clients and work in the industry. I also was responsible for organising our visit to promote and sell our designs at Heimtextile – a trade fair for home and contract textiles in Frankfurt.

This job at the busiest and the most crowded 24/7 retail store in Helsinki city centre, taught me to love working in a fast pace and to be prompt.

I administered live escape room games for the visitors. This job taught me to pay attention to details, solid teamwork, amazing customer service skills, ability to improvise and prioritise, learn quick, engage people and to handle stress and fast changing situations.

As a trainee in glass studio I aided the owner and the Evolum master Jukka Isotalo in the production at the cold workshop: like glass cutting, grinding, polishing, engraving and sandblasting. I also took part in B2C sales, material procurement and other company chores.
