This project gives insight into the successful participation projects and provides governments with tools to test new governance models

ReCell aims to develop a cross-border environomically optimised end-of-life strategy for Europe's Li-ion battery value chain. My role includes:▪Policy analysis of the EU battery directive and national-level laws to isolate shortcomings and identify areas of improvement. ▪Organizing interviews and mapping stakeholders for academic/professional collaboration and establishing best practices in the industry. ▪Developing a plan for business opportunities within the EU lithium-ion value chain. ▪Authoring and publishing regular reports about the project's progress▪Marketing and dissemination of ReCell's activities.

Conducted industry and policy research on recycling and reusing of lithium-ion batteries. Contributing author and peer reviewer of Global EV Outlook 2020.

Conducted a life-cycle assessment and circularity analysis of Solar Urban hub - an integrated energy and information system that combines advanced solar photovoltaic technology with lithium-polymer batteries, lighting technology, and remote monitoring technology ​for Smart Cities. The project involved data collection & analysis, carbon footprint analysis, life-cycle impact assessment and a circularity analysis ( based on material circularity indicator developed by Ellen McArthur Foundation).

• Developed a proposal for an energy aggregator in Spain based on residential and commercial demand response together with Estabnell Energia, Spain and Sweco, Sweden.• Conducted a benchmarking exercise to analyze the business models of different European aggregators and identify synergies with the electricity system of Spain together with building the operating model and minimum viable products.
