I have over 30 years of international board level, executive management and senior consulting experience in blue-chip companies, SMEs and start-ups, in both the private and public sectors.Over the course of my career, I have had the opportunity to sit on a number of boards, as president, executive director and advisor. My contribution to the board is most often associated with corporate growth transition and/or transformation, and varies according to the type of organization, its stage of development, and the industry in which it operates. I add value by providing a broad perspective of a company’s issues and protecting shareholders’ interests through an integrated, cross-functional, cross-business risk management & risk mitigation approach. I bring a broad, detached perspective, tapping into decades of hands-on experience obtained in other industries, organizational types (scale, level of maturity) and cultures. Where required, I fill-in expertise gaps at executive and senior management levels.
