I'm responsible for sales in Nordics & Baltics- Key account management- New customer acquisition- Technical sales

- Acting as primary technical point of contact during sales process, implementation, and transition to post sales support- Account management responsibility for some accounts- Understanding and analysing prospect/customer requirements- Communicating solution benefits to prospects/customers- Planning and providing product training- Preparing and conducting on site demonstrations to Finnish and International prospects/customers- Post sales support (tier3 vendor support): troubleshooting online and onsite installations and configurations of Goodmill equipment- Providing consultancy how to best integrate and implement the solution to customer network environment- Creating and editing of presales and technical documentation for both internal and external use- Work closely with R&D team to prioritize customer enhancement requests as well as problem tickets, and planning & contributing to future product releases- Attending conferences and trade shows

- System testing of the Goodmill solution- Finding software bugs and incorrect behavior, and communicating those findings clearly and firmly to R&D so they can build a fix- Building test automation using Robot Framework - Part of R&D SCRUM team as system tester. Final word to say that software release is ready for customer deployment- On site testing with customer staff & onsite installations
