As a part of digital marketing training program by Pro Growth Consulting, which started in May, I worked as a Digital Marketing Specialist at Service Flow Corp. My main responsibilities were HubSpot marketing automation tool implementation and support activities. I supported sales and marketing in content editing and finalization (documentation, presentations, graphic design and videos). I also had a hand in inbound marketing support. Web development and content management of the company's website were also part of my responsibilities.

In this role my special focus areas were digital marketing, marketing automation and Liferay portal development coordination. My tasks included also graphical design, AV productions, search engine optimization, web and brand implementation tasks. My responsibilities also included Liferay end user support and maintenance. In this role my special focus area was visual and technical communications for various purposes and audiences. These included video productions, graphic design for intranet, print media and promotional items and strategic planning for visual identities. I also created training materials, newsletters and participated Nokia wide communication channel development activities and strategy creation. I also gave communication support and consultation to various projects.

I was responsible for Indirect Sourcing organization’s technical and visual communications. My focus was on the development of purchasing and travel related intranet sites. I also did graphic design and I participated on the creation of the new brand identity and the visual look and feel for Indirect Sourcing organization. I was also Nokia portal key user. My work included also social media and I was responsible for implementing various social media tools in Indirect Sourcing. I also gave communication support and consultation to various projects and participated in eProcess creation and development work and in internal marketing campaign planning and execution.

I was responsible for Nokia wide eCommunication channel creation, development and support. I was also part Nokia intranet steering group. Nokia intranet steering group’s task was to create intranet strategy and vision for the company and develop Nokia wide eCommunications. These included various intranet solutions, portals and end users driven eProcesses. In addition I supported Operating Resource Sourcing organization’s communication and I maintained and developed their intranet sites and was responsible for graphic design, publishing newsletters etc. I also participated many Nokia wide communications projects.

I was responsible of Operating Resource Sourcing eTool implementations communications’ support, such as GetThere and Ariba. I was also responsible of making sure that those tools would be easy to find on Nokia intranet. I also created training and self-study materials. My work also included graphic designing and I was project manager for intranet related projects.

My main responsibilities were: Intranet development activities, communication planning and material creation. I also created training and self-study materials for SAP HR R/3 and eHR services.
