We wrote a 120-page report to be sent out to all high school principals in the state. I am one of twelve council members selected out of over 30,000 applicants.

I was a Beyond the Bell tutor during sophomore and junior years of high school, which was a program my school offered where students would help other students in classes they had already succeeded in with homework. It was offered after school three days a week during the academic year, and I would work with students on primarily math, as well as environmental science, Spanish, history, and biology.
