I am the managing director of Beraman Hungary Ipari Szolgáltató Kft., hiring Hungarian-speaking employees is my company's first priority.A decade and a half ago, I came to the world of human resources management from a multinational manufacturing environment, as a quality engineer and project manager, so I know the needs of both the production and recruitment sides. Both me and my company are characterized by correct market behavior, as well as accuracy, flexibility and quick reaction time.Today, the profession is vocal about the right to exist of workers from third countries - partly rightfully so, but I still believe that today, even with the high employment rate, it is possible to find Hungarian workers.So far, we have provided jobs for more than 1,000 people to make a living, to the greatest satisfaction of our borrowers.
