Founding Tenrom late 2010 with a clear target: developing Tennant business in Romania and Hungary, focus on creating best possible service and customer oriented solutions in cleaning machine business from RO and HU. We offer cleaning machine rent, service and refurbishment. In our field of business we were the first company to realise in 2011 that a unified management of the activities in two neighbouring countries is the most effective solution in various senses, including costs and human resource allocation. The Tenrom headquarters for both Romania and Hungary is in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.We intend to increase our market share rapidly, by offering the best possible service support for our clients, including cleaning machines rental programs, refurbished cleaning machines combined with the well known quality and innovations of Tennant products as well as the largest field service network.

Tennant cleaning machines business development in CEE countries.

At the end of 2007 I began to work directly for Tennant CEE. During 2008 I was a Local Area Sales Manager for Romania, Hungary and the Republic of Moldavia. There was also a shift in perspective as I moved from being a partner to becoming a member of the producer side, yet still working with partners and clients in order to find the ideal cleaning machine solutions for everyone.Starting from January 2009 I became Area Sales Manager, and beside the aforementioned countries I was responsible also for Serbia, Greece, Cyprus, FYROM, Albania and Malta. In some countries I had the privilege to work with established Tennant teams of partner companies, yet there were cases where I had to begin with basic training, new sales vision, finding other sales channels as well as to improve the local brand awareness. My main objective was to build up strong, market-focused teams all around these countries in order to act differently, be smart and gain advantages in comparison to our competitors.

I joined Sanirom when the company was seeking to launch the cleaning machine business with Tennant products in Romania. I started the business with Tennant equipments inside Sanirom company Q2 2005 and very quickly we had a really impressive turnover, thanks to the machine quality and sales&service support we provided for our customers. Step by step we developed the sales and service structure and also the back office side. The main concern was to focus on the client by offering good countrywide after-sales support for the first time in Romania. This had not been easy at the beginning in a big country like Romania, yet gradually we managed to develop a good structure.

I was a Geography teacher for 3 years... all I can say about it that it has been a magnificent time, and a lot of the experiences I accumulated there have been crucial to my formation as a company leader, even defining some of my main concepts regarding human resource management.
