• to manage 4 residential projects in Hungary and Poland (investment volume: 1000 apartments (25 Mrd HUF)) under the project director supervision• prepare, plan, perform, control and close the projects• integrate and direct the work of the project team members (engineering project managers, accounting, sales and marketing, controlling, treasury, architects) including consulting with the functional directors of the departments and other key stakeholders (customers, bank, local government, other external experts, legal advisory, neighbors, contractor, subcontractors)• to develop business case supporting the decision of the board and project initiation• to report to the project director• to develop, manage and control scope, schedule and cost baseline including budget and cash flow requirements• to supervise and manage the facility granted by the bank
