As the interim CEO I was jumping in a somewhat unstable and turbulent situation of shareholders finally deciding to split up.

Although the bid was successful from the professional perspectives, Budapest has decided to revoke the bid shortly before the evaluation procedure has ended in 2017 due to a difficult political situation and lack of public support. As the CEO beyond the usual management job my largest task was to lead and manage a professional team of different nationalities. origins, professions and backgrounds (engineers, sport managers, communication specialists, diplomats, consutants, politicians and public figures).

The publisher of three national and eight regional daily newspapers, numerous weekly, biweekly, monthly and quarterly magazines, owing the No1 printing plant, a distribution company and employing over 700 FTEs, Mediaworks is the largest publishing house of the country.As the CEO (and parallel to that GM and CEO in all 12 subsidiaries) my task is to integrate these assets into the new company and further develop and grow to further success.
