I facilitated implementation of a Patient Management Software covering activities of over 5000 general practitioners in Hungary. I suggested prioritisation of several product improvements, that resulted in 15% reduction in data entry effort by GPs in Hungary. I acted as change agent introducing agile transformation processes to the senior stakeholders resulting in faster implementation of the Patient Management Software and associated with it increase in patient service capacity of the GPs in Hungary. My second most important contribution was to the Healinsight project for a team of 15. I facilitated rapid delivery of an HL7/FHIR based E2E cloud solution to support prioritised clinical trials. In the course of implementation, I was working with SNOMED, LOINC and ICD10 as part of an American-British-Austrian and Hungarian venture to address the issue of unification of medical reporting systems, thus ensuring improvement of the international cooperation in treatment of diseases under the authority of GPs. Responsibilities- Proactively engaged senior stakeholders in a series of workshops to handle critical blockers and therefore optimising delivery timeline by 8 %- Streamlining operations to ensure timely delivery according to project plan.- Organized and facilitated stakeholder sessions, covering delivery planning, project decision making, and conflict resolution among internal and external teams..- Facilitated internal and external communication among different groups of stakeholders as well as development team, improving transparency, and smooth knowledge transfer.- Performed team leader activities, which were praised by the team in 3 consecutive quarters.

I carried out a hybrid role, combining Product Ownership, Business Analysis and Quality Assurance. This was a storming-forming phase of the project, building up the team of 10, defining initial requirements and establishing a delivery process.Responsibilities- Timely delivery of relevant specifications to the development teams both in-house and off-shore.- Backlog planning and prioritisation.- Deliver prioritised feature development plans as well as bug fixing plan for the geographically distributed team.- Successfully deliver 3 parallel streams within the ongoing product development.- Oversight over quality testing within the development team, reporting to senior stakeholders on the testing execution plan.

I coordinated the research teams to build up the nationwide educational program for children. This was a great opportunity, after my studies in London, to join a larger organization and participate in a program with multiple teams and 50+ participants.
