At DataEndure (formerly CMT) I was primarily responsible for creating customer facing quotes and cost breakdowns using Excel and other tools for inclusion in presentations and RFP documents to high level executives for my sales team. I also manged project engagements and provided a single point of contact for our customers. Additionally, I prepared, reviewed, and analyzed sales forecasting and quarter-end sales, revenue, and profit reports. Finally, due to my experience selecting and implementing some prior CRM platforms, I was added as part of a committee to audit our company's current CRM and potentially recommend and implemented a new CRM.

As a Foreign Language Instructor at Interac I taught English lessons to Japanese students both by myself and with the Students own Home Room Teacher (HRT). I mainly taught lessons to 5th and 6th grade classes at 9 different Elementary Schools. I was responsible for planning the English lessons and executing them from start to finish. Although managing 9 separate schools was challenging I enjoyed my time with each of them.

I was a personal assistant to the two founding brothers of Insight Enterprises, Inc., Tim & Eric Crown. I worked at their personal business campus, Crown Farms, which served as an office space for their various small businesses and projects as well as a personal office and work space for themselves. My key responsibilities included management of the Crown Farms property such as scheduling landscaping and maintenance as well as managing two personnel in completing those tasks that did not require services from an outside company. I scheduled the shared meeting spaces between the various small business on the campus and coordinated the campus wide "Foodie Friday" event each month. My other main responsibility was scheduling appointments and work on behalf of Tim Crown and his family. Finally, I was also responsible for technical duties outlined in my job with LeaseStation, which was located in the same facility.It was a great opportunity to learn new skills on a daily basis.

I helped plan events and activities that encourage interest in the Japanese Friendship Garden. I was also responsible for the upkeep of our membership database. I oversaw transition of the database to a new online system and wrote the SOP for database management. My biggest project was planning the 2013 Children's Day Event. Because the Japanese Friendship Garden is a non-profit a big part of my job is reaching out to various companies for assistance or donations to help with this event. I also help with the various other events the Garden holds throughout the year and provide customer service to the visitors.

I also diagnosed and repaired problems if they arose. I performed this job simultaneously with my other job because both companies were located on the same building complex, Crown Farms. I was responsible for the systems not only of this company but the systems of the entire complex.

I worked daily to ensure that Lowe's was properly credited for faulty and/or defective merchandise. My position allowed the company to maintain excellent customer service by giving Lowe's the ability to accept customer returns without concern for its own financial liability.
