I have been a practicing attorney in the State of Indiana since June 1984. I have practiced on a "pro hac vice" appearance basis in California, Illinois, Kentucky, Ohio and Florida. I have argued a case before the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals, Florida. My practice consists of criminal defense, family law and bankruptcy. My firm represents clients in other civil matters as well.

Executive Director of USTOC Sports, which is a sports event promotions company, which promotes events in Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio and Kentucky. USTOC is based in Bloomington, Indiana, with an office in downtown Indianapolis.
