With marketing and business management as a hobby, I grew and expanded my knowledge on the social media and community management fields by volunteering for large companies such as Discord and Riot Games to learn content strategy, content management, data processing, project management, CX, and using CRM programs to run safe and engaging spaces online. From community management and data analysis to social media management for digital marketing and content writing, I've thrived in engaging with communities and consumers alike within the e-commerce and gaming scene.My previous experience and projects include; volunteer community management on the League of Legends Boards, owning and being community manager of League of Legends (Discord), creating strategies based on data analytics and community engagement to create a thriving community, contractual content-writing at Discord where I contributed to the Discord Mod Academy (discord.com/moderation), and working with Discord's volunteer moderation program (DMP) to help companies, public figures, and non-profits adapt their content strategy and social media goals to create meaningful, safe, and engaging communities on Discord (Square Enix, Wizards of the Coast, Bretman Rock, Safe In Our Word, Singularity 6).
