Anticiper et remonter les risques par rapport à ses engagements5. Consolider ses compétences techniques et applicatives par rapportaux domaines HRA6. Assurer l’encadrement et la montée en compétences des juniors7. 4. Planifier et suivre les plans d’actions8. Garantir le respect des engagements (délai, budget)9. Gestion du projet / plan d’action de bout en bout (mise en conformitéde l’application pour la prise en compte de la norme DSN,revue du fonctionnelle client, refonte des paramétrages client sibesoin, ...)
