Consciousness research and awareness. People share their experiences with us from all over the world. They are classified and posted on www.nderf.org (NDERF) if they are a NDE, www.adcrf.org (ADCRF) if they are an after death communication, and on www.oberf.org (OBERF) if they are anything other than a NDE or ADC. This allows us to research our database, share the experiences with others, and provide support to experiencers who need help or who have questions. They ultimate goal is to help promote global love, peace, and hope contained in these experiences.

My other full-time job for the past 11 years has been maintaining 3 of the top websites on different aspects of consciousness. Near Death Experience Research Foundation (NDERF) studies the near death experience. www.nderf.org We have thousands of people who have submitted their experiences from all over the world. We also have over 250 translators who have translated major portions of the website into over 20 different languages in an ongoing effort to share the message of love, peace and unity with the world. The other two websites are After Death Communication Research Foundation (ADCRF) where people submit their after death communication experiences for study. www.adcrf.org The Out of Body Research Foundation (OBERF) studies everything else that is not a NDE or an ADC, such as out of body experiences, power of prayer, spiritually transformative events and much more. www.oberf.orgPublic service: We help people going through grief, or who are dying or need to cope with a relative in the process of dying. We help people who have had a NDE or other experience to process and integrate the experience with their daily lives. I speak at conferences and about the Near Death Experience, Soulmate relations, and other consciousness experiences. I coordinate the global outreach project that brings media and people together.

I read HR3950, all 906 pages of it, collected hundreds of pages of articles and analyzed several books over the span of 6 years. This book is a condensation of this research. While some people might think this is a political book, it is not. Had the Republican's passed the bill in the fashion that the Democrats did without reading it, without debating it, and without a single Democratic vote for it, I would report the facts as they occurred. The important part is that ObamaCare is not sustainable and does not solve any of the current medical issues or the expense of medicine. It creates a whole new set of problems ranging from access to medicine, to massive inefficient bureaucracy, to compulsory government penalties for failure to purchase a government sponsored product, to phasing out medicare under the guise of a national health plan. Seniors lose big time and need to know that their government went behind their backs to take away their health insurance and put that money into the general medicaid fund. The youngsters, also known as young invincibles, also lose. They are the ones who rarely use medical, are forced to pay for it, and their money goes to fund the other, sicker people. These issues are only the tip of the iceberg. I also talk about real solutions to making health care affordable and better for everyone.

Mediation Services, especially for child custody arrangements. I was certified in Washington State as a Dispute Resolution specialist, was a guardian ad litem for children, and used mediation techniques frequently in my 10 years working as a family law attorney. A guardian ad litem collects information about the parents, the child(ren) and the environment of the child(ren). Then they write a report to the court with recommendations that are in the best interest of the child(ren). They also testify in court if custody is contested.

This book was inspired by the NDEs because the main reason people come to earth is to learn lessons about love. Most people on earth don't really know what love truly is. They can come close through the bond of love between parent and child, or the bond of love between significant others. But, in our earthly body, the love we experience on earth is a small fraction of what love is like from the descriptions that NDErs bring back from the other side. In this book, I look at consciousness, relationships, and an original soulmate study from stories collective over the past 10 years. Then I show you how to create a soulmate experience such that people can experience love to the fullest extent that we can in our earthly bodies.

This book is a collection of some of the most insightful and amazing NDE accounts ever shared with NDERF. This book started from an idea inspired by my grandfather. My grandmother died in 2010. They had been together for over 75 years and my grandfather was devastated. He asked me for help and had an interest in learning more about NDE. So I sent him two 4 inch binders full of NDEs that I had copy, pasted, and printed from the website. Realizing that other people who don't have access to a computer or if a person wanted to give a book based on what they have read on NDERF, there was a need for such a book. Jon at White Crow books agreed - so here is the book.

I was working on a pilot project as a prosecutor for the state, county, city, and the Navajo nation. DUIs are a priority and large problem here. This position is challenging because many people don't like change. The Navajo are a sovereign nation with different laws and customs than the state. The poverty in this part of the country is unprecedented for a "developed" nation. It tremendously affects the court system from the prosecution down to the jails and any behavior modification programs. The severe economic problems have made the position more of a triage job rather than one that can truly make a difference in this part of the world. If anything, they really need more money on treatment if they are to succeed. Interestingly, the Navajo have fundamental laws that can help combat the DUI problem on a tribal basis. The regular Anglo-based treatments are not very effective on the Navajo. But when they add the stories of their people and the fundamental teachings - the wellness rate increases to around 60% who recover.As an aside, I also worked closely with the tribe to pass a commercial tobacco free act. This was written to create a ban on commercial tobacco in shared public airspace, including the outdoors and automobiles with more than one passenger. It was the strongest measure against second hand smoke ever passed in the USA. Unfortunately for us, big tobacco has concentrated on the Native Reservations because they are not regulated like the States. I think they heavily lobbied (to put it nicely) the president. The president of the Navajo Nation promptly vetoed the legislation and we couldn't get the 2/3 majority vote to override the veto (we had like 53%).
