Presently, I am conducting with Criminal and Civil cases for almost 10 years along with my three associates in Trail Courts. I deal with the cases of Negotiable Instrument Act (cases involving cheque bouncing), Economic offences and property disputes etc. I have a very good intra-personal relationship with Judges, Senior Lawyers, and Bar Association members. I am also dealing with compensation of land acquired disputes in Delhi courts. I have the coordination with the Senior Lawyers who have specialization in different fields to utilize their experience and advice in the cases related to trial courts. I am dealing with documentation of properties relating to hiring and purchasing of flats in the registrar’s office in Delhi. I am also dealing with preparation of power of attorney, special power of attorney, registration of will and to provide the succession certificate for the inheritance of legal heirs to divide their assets and also the probate of will etc. I also advise clients with respect to investigation, evidence and pre trial procedures related to the cases with the investigating agencies. I also go through latest laws and cases of Supreme Court and different High Courts.

In 2001, I left Maruti Udyog Ltd. and joined with renowned Senior Advocate who was dealing with criminal cases with specialization of corruption cases under the Prevention of Corruption Act, as an associate lawyer up to year 2006. During this period I learned the investigation of cases, procedure, preparation, cross examination and arguments in the criminal courts. I have expertise in trials of cases related to criminal cases and economic offences in sessions court and special courts.
