I manage and enforce Service Acceptance checklist on behalf of Cloud teams, driving use cases RACI and intelligent logging & alerting mechanisms. Established and Standardized the Build Spec processes which Cloud SRE uses to deploy environments. Managing service providers to services and services. Working closely with providers and understanding their contractual setups. I understand how to manage compliant deliver teams & get best out of people and contracts, utilizing trainings, credit points, creating right feedback model. Proven skills in managing different teams to delegate work appropriately, motivate team to learn modern technology, understand their preferences and push on their internal promotions and international transfers.
