Current• Plan, schedule and track project timelines and milestones.• Develop and deliver progress reports (Quality, Safety, Project), MOMs, & Non-conformance Reports• Estimating and negotiating change orders throughout the construction lifecycle.• Responsible for coordinating with vendors, Architects, Consultants, and Mall management.• Execution of Work as per NFPA 10, 13, 70, 72, 75, 80, 90A &101.• Installation of Material as per ASTM E 84.• Review and participate with the design services team and general contractor, in the development of the cost estimates.• Providing commercial input to design optioneering and input into value engineering exercise• Reviewing contractor and subcontractor pricing and leading negotiations on behalf of the client to drive fair contract prices.• Performing quantity surveying, cost controls, and change management activities throughout the project lifecycle.• Prepare Base Rate difference, Rate Analysis and WO/PO Amendments.• Ensuring that post-contract cost variances and change control processes are managed effectively.• Ensuring that cost auditing and valuation work is managed effectively and that a robust process for cost validation is in place.• Compiling as-built cost estimate records for benchmarking purposes.• Managing overall safety operations and conducting routine plant & construction safety inspections
